Scheduling pet sitting service is easy. Here’s how:

Example: You’re going to Mom’s house for Thanksgiving and you need a pet sitter Wednesday afternoon through Friday night. You’d like three visits a day.

1. Select Appointment Name and choose a name for this reservation, for example, “Thanksgiving Trip to Grandma’s”.

2. Select Start Date

3. Select End Date

4. Click Continue

5. You should now be at a screen that shows the days you reserved with a question that asks “Will the schedule be the same for all days?” Select “NO” because you will only be needing two visits on Wednesday, and three on each of the rest.

6. The system will walk you through each day to select the services and times you need on each day.

Example: For your Wednesday schedule:

Select “Day Visit” as your service

A drop down menu will appear with available time slots. Choose the time you want.

Follow the same process for “Afternoon Visit” and “Evening Visit”

Repeat for each day of your trip

7. Once you’vs scheduled services for each day of your trip, you will see a notice that tells you your schedule has been submitted.

8. If you have special instructions for particular visits, click on the blue notebook you’ll see next to each visit. Enter your instructions, and when finished, click “Save”.

You’re done! Once you’ve received your email confirmation that your pet sitting visits have been approved and you’re all set!
