FAQ About Our Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Services
What is “No Time Limits” Pet Sitting and Dog Walking?
Other pet sitting companies charge you for their time, typically $28 to $35 for a 30 minute pet sitting visit with up-charges for additional time, services or multiple pets. We watch your pet, not the clock. Our focus is on quality, not quantity and we don’t believe that watching the clock makes for quality service. Instead, we charge ONE FLAT RATE for all of our standard pet sitting visits. There are no up-charges for “extra” time, services, or multiple pets. If it takes us 30 minutes to make sure your pet is cared for, that’s fine, if it takes 45 minutes, that’s fine, too. Either way, we will give your pets the time and attention they need and you’ll never be surprised with extra charges.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. All of our sitters are insured and bonded to protect you, your pets and your home.
Is the information I give to my sitter confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance We are committed to keeping absolutely all information we receive strictly confidential and use it only to help us take good care of your pets and home while you are away.
